Goodbye just seems so final
So for now we'll say so long
We're all finding it so hard Tim
We can't believe you're gone

We'll miss your funny emails
And your mobile phone texts too
We'll miss hearing your laughter
But most of all we'll just miss you

The advice you gave to each of us
The problems you helped us through
Those times are in the past now
But we'll continue thinking of you

Your loving smile as you entered a room
Will lay solemnly in our hearts
Keeping that vivid image
Will keep us together and not apart

You brought us times of happiness
You brought us times of tears
With good times and with bad times
Through those passing years

An angel has taken you from our arms
To take you some place new
If only we could escort you there
And be by the side of you

This angel's chose you for a reason
This angel knows you care
For others as well as yourself
Knowing you'll always be there

Your life is no doubt different
In this other world you lay
We hope that world's as happy with you
In every possible way

We know we've lost a colleague
But to know we've lost a friend
It leaves us with emptiness
That only time will mend

But really you're not lost at all
You've just moved somewhere new
And after all in passing years
We'll all be joining you

So save a place in heaven
For us to meet you there
We'll miss and not forget you
And you'll know we'll always care

An image in our hearts will do
Of you, your jokes, and sarcasm

We know your suffering's over now
